Welcome to the Eastern North Carolina Regional Skills Center (ENCRSC)!

It is truly an honor to serve in this leadership role at such an incredible institution and to continue the strong foundation that has been built over the years. As a proud graduate of Onslow County Schools, I am especially excited to give back to the community that helped shape my own journey.

My career has provided me with diverse experiences in both healthcare and education. From working as a registered nurse to serving as a school nurse, Health Sciences teacher, coach, and most recently as Assistant Principal at Richlands High School, I have always been passionate about supporting students and helping them prepare for successful futures. These experiences have reinforced my belief in the power of hands-on learning, strong relationships, and real-world opportunities.

The ENCRSC is a unique place where students from across our region come together to gain valuable skills, earn industry-recognized credentials, and explore career pathways that will shape their futures. Our dedicated instructors bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, and they are committed to providing high-quality, relevant training that meets the needs of today’s workforce.

Through strong partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and post-secondary institutions, we are able to offer students meaningful learning experiences that extend beyond the classroom. These connections help ensure that our students are not only prepared for graduation, but also ready to succeed in college, careers, and life.

I am excited to continue growing our programs, strengthening partnerships, and expanding opportunities for all students we serve. Together—with the support of families, educators, and our community—we will continue to empower students to reach their full potential.
